Is there a break-in period?
Yes — and that's a good sign. Like any well-made calf leather shoe, The Keys will feel stiff for the first few rounds. That's the leather conforming to your foot, not a flaw. Most owners report that by round 3–5 they're the most comfortable shoe in their bag. We recommend using a shoe tree between rounds to speed up the process.

Can I walk 18 holes in these?
Yes. The Keys is built for walking. The calf leather and leather-lined interior provide structure without excessive weight. The break-in period is real, but once through it most customers walk full rounds without issue.

How does the spike system work?
Each shoe has 8 spikes using a standard replaceable system compatible with most golf spike tools and replacement spikes. When your spikes wear down, you replace them — not the shoe. Replacement spikes are available in our Shoe Care section.

What size should I order?
The Keys fits true to size. Follow our size guide and you'll get it right — our customers consistently confirm accurate fit when they do. If you're between sizes or have a wide foot, contact us before ordering.

How long does shipping take?
We currently have select sizes in stock. Orders placed now ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order is confirmed you'll receive tracking information within 24 hours.

Will I owe duties or customs fees?
We pay for the shipping cost, orders may be subject to customs duties on delivery depending on your country. These are charged by your local customs authority and are not controlled by ATG.

What if they don't fit?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for return. We strongly recommend following the size guide before ordering — it works. Custom initialled shoes are final sale.

Warranty
Every pair of ATG golf shoes is backed by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We stand behind how our shoes are made.

Returns
We want you to be confident before you order — that's why we have a detailed size guide and are available to answer fit questions before you buy. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work through it with you. Returned shoes must be unworn and in original condition. Personalised shoes with custom initials are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
