This website is operated by Upscale Solutions FZC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, trading as Against The Grain Golf (“ATG”).

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein.

  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit our 3D customization tool

  • Reproduce product designs, images, branding, or intellectual property

  • Interfere with website functionality or security

We reserve the right to terminate service to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Products & Custom Orders

All ATG footwear is handcrafted and made to order.

Due to the nature of handmade leather goods:

  • Minor variations in leather grain, stitching, color tone, and finishing are natural and do not constitute defects.

  • Product images are representative and may not exactly match final production.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-designed and/or engraved products are final sale.

By submitting a custom design or engraving request, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective.

  • You are responsible for verifying sizing, materials, and engraving details prior to purchase.

  • Engraving errors submitted by the customer are not eligible for correction or refund.

4. Production Time

Estimated production time is 2–5 weeks from order confirmation.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Artisan workload

  • Material availability

  • Seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

  • Supply chain or customs delays

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

  • Clearance documentation when required

Customs processing times are outside our control and may extend delivery timelines.

Failure to pay customs fees resulting in return or abandonment of shipment may result in additional charges deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from system errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed return terms.

For clarity:

  • Custom and personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Only defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund upon inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Shoe designs

  • Product photography

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Text

  • 3D customization tool

  • Website design

are the intellectual property of Upscale Solutions FZC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Upscale Solutions FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Product use

  • Delivery delays

  • Website interruptions

  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Product descriptions are error-free

  • Colors display identically on all screens

  • All information is completely current at all times

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies at any time.
