We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your shoes aren’t the right fit, we’re happy to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

• You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Shoes must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out the requested exchange.

Customizations

• Shoes with added initials are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shoes created through our 3D design tool are custom-made for you and are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

• Built to order in Spain · Ships in 2–5 weeks.
• Each order qualifies for FREE 2-4 day shipping.
• Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every pair of shoes we make.
Your purchase is protected by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or neglect
• Changes due to exposure to extreme conditions

If you believe your shoes have a craftsmanship defect, please email us with photos and your order number at info@atg-golf.com We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
